Google is describing unusual traffic from your computer network. On a cloud VM that network is the datacenter range. A residential or mobile exit sometimes clears the message. Waiting on the same range rarely does.

Why it happens

Google unusual traffic from your computer network is about everything else sharing that IP or that range. Grok Bot and other cloud Chrome inherit a reputation they never earned, because the datacenter neighbourhood is full of automated traffic.

A residential or mobile IP is a different neighbourhood. That sometimes is enough. Fingerprint and TLS stay as they are.

What those commands do

npx aluvia-cli setup aims the existing Chrome at a local proxy. aluvia proxy-on sends every tab through a residential or mobile IP. Neither command restarts the browser after that first setup.

Unusual traffic is scored while the client is the VM's datacenter IP, before the page loads, which is why these commands exist.

If it is still blocked

One exit IP can be blocked on its own. Get a different one and reload again.

When this is the wrong tool

Do not use this to look like a person. Aluvia changes the exit IP. Linux Chrome, canvas, and fingerprint stay as they are.
